Cicadas and Salads Farm Work Day
Saturday 6/4
10 AM - 2 PM
Bring the family out to the farm to see (and hear) the 17-year cicadas. They have emerged by the thousands and are only around for a few short weeks.
While you are here, help us with planting, harvesting, and other farm tasks. We will work for a few hours in the morning and then have a light lunch. The menu includes various salads which feature our All-Star Gourmet Lettuce Mix and other farm-fresh veggies.
This event won't happen again until 2033, so don't miss out!

General Volunteer Time
We welcome individuals or groups who would like to volunteer on the farm. We especially need help with planting, harvesting and packing produce. If you are interested, fill out the volunteer form and we will contact you to make arrangements for you or your group.

If you are interested in an experience that is more in-depth than being an occasional volunteer, consider joining our CSA Workshare Program. Workshare members contribute their time on a regular basis in exchange for a share of our harvest. Whether you want to learn more about sustainable agriculture or just want to spend some time working outdoors, the workshare program is a great way to earn your CSA share.
