CSA Details
Overview of Our CSA
Our CSA Program runs approximately from June to September and costs $400. We are planning to make at least 16 weekly deliveries during the 2015 season. Each week during the growing season, we will deliver a crate of vegetables from our farm to your doorstep. Each crate will contain enough vegetables for an average family of 4. We will also include a newsletter that gives details about farm events & includes several recipes that feature the items in that week's delivery.

Our CSA deliveries are designed to promote a diverse, healthy diet. Crate contents will vary from week to week depending on what is in season. You can expect to receive at least 10 varieties of vegetables in each crate once the main-season crops like tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers reach maturity. Early spring and late fall crates will be less substantial and include less variety.
What We Grow
All of our crops are grown using sustainable farming practices. That means no chemical fertilizers or conventional pesticides. We plan to grow over 60 varieties of vegetables this season. We focus on heirloom varieties that are selected for their flavor and adaptability to our local growing conditions. We also feature unique varieties you won't find in your local grocery store, like blue potatoes, purple carrots and yellow cauliflower. It might even make your kids start eating their vegetables! If you want to join our CSA, and your favorite vegetable is not on our list, let us know and we'll try to fit it into our planting schedule.
